Lhasa sightseeing tour.
Day 01 :
Arrive in Lhasa
Our guide will meet you and present a white scarf (called Kada) to bring you a good luck in the Tibetan traditional way. Check in the hotel to be accustomed to the high attitude and try to drink some water, avoiding much exercise. (Be noted the first day's acclimation is extremely to ensure you a good health status for the following tour, so please make sure you have yourself lie in bed for all the rest time of the day right after check-in of hotel).

Day 02 :
Lhasa Sightseeing
This morning we visit Potala Palace, the highest palace in the world. Afternoon we bid a tour for glistening Jokhang Temple, which has been built for 1400 years. After then, stroll around the bustling bazaar in Barkhor Street, a big market with its prolific stalls for selling specialties. It is the ancient part of Lhasa.

Day 03 :
Lhasa Sightseeing
Today's highlights are Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery.

Day 04 :
Lhasa/Gandan & Drak Yerpa/Lhasa
Drive to Gandan Monastery, the first monastery belonging to Yellow Hat sect. Have a hiking around Gandan and it is called Gandan Kora. Go for a tour of Drak Yerpa which is in the northeast of Lhasa, is described as the "life tree" or spiritual axis of Lhasa on the way.

Day 05 :
Lhasa/Yamdroktso Lake/Lhasa
Yamdroktso Lake is a coiling, many-armed body of water shaped like a scorpion. It doubles back on itself on the western side, effectively creating a large island within its reaches. For Tibetans, it is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet.

Leave Lhasa
Departure transfers for the train or the airport, tour service ends.
