About Group Tour FAQ |

1. Can you guarantee all departures will start off as scheduled? If not, a minimum of how many people does it require in each group?
Only if the number of participant is not up to 4, it won’t start off. But this does not mean you have to bring your 4 people in one time. As long as there are at least 4 people, it is okay to operate. |
2. How much time in advance should I submit my booking if I decide to take one of your tours?
Our bookings will end 7 days prior to every departure date |
3. What if there are not as many as 4 people after I paid for the tour? What responsibility you will take?
The deadline we accept booking is one week prior to each departure. If there are less than 4 people in the group, our travel advisor will contact you immediately to tell the cancellation of the tour, meanwhile, they will suggest you move to another group with different departure date. If you are not interested and do not agree, we will reimburse you all the pre-paid money. |
4. I’m a solo traveler, and I realize the group tour could save a lot of money. But how big a group tour will be? Is there any size limit?
We’ve promised the service for this group tour to be same as private tour. By saying guarantee, we only organize small group in which there won’t be more than 12 people. |
5. Will this group tour be full of Chinese tourists? Does the guide speak Chinese?
We warmly welcome people from all around the world regardless of nationality, but they should all be communicating in English as the tour guide we use is local English-speaking one. |
6. What if I found there is not enough people in the group that I wish to join in?
We advise you choose another group that already has quite enough people. And the departure date of the group you compromise to take should better be close to your original one (several days before or after). |
7. What if my departure date is not on your list? For example, I want Oct 5th, but there is only 4th or 7th around.
