What to Bring

Keep the happy mood and take it easy, you know the Acute Mountain illness would be happen more or less. It is very common, so you do not worry more about it! Take is easy and I am sure our guide would also guide you to get more easily to be acclimated. Walk slowly & drink more water, have a good rest at the first arriving day! The things could be kept in your package:
Medicine:

Aspirin-for pain or fever
Antibiotics-consider including these if you are traveling well off the beaten track.
Cold and flu tablets, throat lozenges and nasal decongestant
Multivitamins-consider for long trips, when dietary vitamin intake may be inadequate
And also you may ask your doctor to give you more advice; you know most places in the world are at too low altitude comparing with Tibet.
Anti-Sunburn

Sunscreen (UV lotion) with a high sun protection factor (SPF>30)
Sunglass designed for intense sunlight
Long sleeve clothes
Clothes

The temperature is around 25℃ the day time, (sunlight is rather strong) and night it could reach 6℃, casual clothes with dark colors would be suggested. The very important one is that avoiding catching a cold there, which would be rather dangerous especially for who do not get used to such high altitude. Bring a light down-jacket with you! It will be rather cold at night in the Base Camp!
Other facility

Bring your adapter with you &also try to bring extra batteries for your camera, the electric pressure may be not always stable along the way I am afraid. And when you taking the photos, do ask the permission first, it is forbidden to take photographs in all the monasteries… You may also bring your binoculars if possible. The beautiful ice-covered mountains seen from the far distance would also be a fantastic memory… you know. Also bring some snack food with you; along the road to Mt. Everest and Namsto Lake, the condition would be rather hard. The snack food would be very helpful. You may buy some in Malaysia, Chengdu or some when you arrive in Lhasa.
And also the water problem is very common in Tibet. Not enough water pressure & not hot water… you know, Tibet is still a laggard developing place…which would be quite different when you travel somewhere else I am afraid.
